Job Description

Regional Sales Manager for Professional Business will ensure continued profitable growth in the Key Account segment through existing business relationships and new business opportunities, organic and incremental, with local and international 4 and 5 star hotels. Focus is on Hunting for new sales opportunities in this growing market at Southern region of Thailand

·     Business growth responsibilities 

o   Target new business opportunities in selected channel; HOTELS

o   Complete and support tenders for new business opportunities.

o   Support local state team with new business acquisition.

·     Account Responsibilities 

o   Maintain existing account relationships to leverage organic growth in current customer base.

o   Ensure targeted hot/cold beverage promotions are achieved

o   Develop joint business plans with customers to achieve growth objectives.

o   Manage promo funds and activities

·     Ongoing review of existing customer base to maximise return on investment.

o   Measure business performance ensuring return on investment achieved.

o   Ensure promo funds and rebates are effectively utilised and in credit balance

·     Develop and implement strategies to grow business in selected channels.

o   Develop business initiatives to grow in the direct channel to market

o   Roll out strategic business channel initiatives.

o   Assist in preparation of annual and long term plans

·     Marketing support

o   Roll out brand activities for coffee and tea

o   Ensure adherence to brand criteria.

o   Agree and support brand criteria in each account.

·     Support local state teams to implement sales and marketing initiatives.

o   Develop and own annual account growth targets.

Follow up monthly on state performance to set objectives

Qualifications

University graduated in business, or hotel management related field.

Must have:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a business-to-business environment
  • Preferred from F&B business, hotel industry
  • Solid selling skills
  • Good P&L understanding
  • Demonstrated drive, confidence and resilience
  • Strong English Proficiency
  • Based in Phuket
