Maintenance Supervisor
Job Description
- Autonomous maintenance:
- Advises, transfers knowledge and technical expertise in the team, Create and update technical standards
- Performs all its interventions to keep equipment in basic condition
- Eliminates equipment abnormalities and actively participates in the correction of all major or minor defects
- Corrective maintenance
- Develops knowledge of machines
- Monitoring and actions all Breakdowns as quick as possible and carries out Breakdown Analysis
- Preventive maintenance
- Execute preventative maintenance plan on time
- Keeps maintenance records updated
- Stores to guarantee the availability of spare parts
- Suggests and implements improvement ideas
- Contributes to team engagement
- Delivers a Safety Health and Environment culture
- Delivers a Quality culture and role model behaviours
Qualifications
- At least Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in the related industry and preferably in the food & beverages and FMCG industries background.
- Experience :-
- Experience in TPM, preventive maintenance planning and/or maintenance execution is required.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office tools and working knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP is preferred.
- Experience in the planning and coordination of maintenance activities or other standard activities related to preventive maintenance planning is preferred (eg. Experience in budgetary, technical stores management, SHE, Quality, Efficiency as well as tracking of maintenance KPI's).
- Good experience in Mechanical repair know-how, with knowledge and skills in electrical power supply equipment.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
