Job Description

Lead Revenue Growth Management (RGM) strategy into action in order to maximize investment budget in both MT and TT channel to achieve our company target.

- Understand the key insight of Consumer, Shopper and Customer database: Nielsen Retail Index, Dunnhumby, C-Smart and Consumer Panel in order to provide insights to support Sales team to drive Category Growth and achieve the Business Objectives. Identify business opportunity and turn into action plan

- Provide shopper, category and competitor insights to support sales team in strategic plans

- Monitor and track brand & category performance and evaluation of marketing mix

- Serve as the “navigator” by providing thought partnership with channel marketing and providing a holistic view of the shopper by category/customer

- Communicate and embed learning to increase the impact of insights into action by making them relevant to the Sales/Customer strategy

- Provide analysis base on insights to support Sales & Channel Marketing in strategic plans

- Monitor and track brand/pack/price/distribution performance for all channel

- Support the Commercial Team’s revenue management program by underpinning key decision making with actionable pack / price understanding

- Provide the evaluation of promotions towards the objectives and provide insight-based recommendation for promo optimization

- Add value to knowledge sharing by connecting the dots about the shopper and customer to show cumulative knowledge

- Lead shopper research and led local shopper research when required

- Research Agency Management and manage project within approved budget

Qualifications

Education:- University degree:- Business management, Finance, or relevant

Must have:

·       Minimum of 5 years experiences

·       Sales experience recommended

·       FMCG experience preferable in an international environment

·       Good knowledge of English

·        Knowledge of several information system tools (ac Nielsen, SAP, Dunnhumby, C-Smart, ect.

  • Experience in developing and delivering shopper insights/category development projects, working in close partnership with key customers and external agencies
  • Strong analytical skills – ability to synthesize and integrate learning from multiple sources and see the connections in data, trends and events in order to generate Insights
  • Strong presentation skills – comfortable presenting internally / externally to all levels
  • Listening and influencing – actively seeks and understands the input of others to gain broad alignment to ideas to drive successful delivery of goals
  • Negotiation and influencing skills – comfortable influencing and negotiating with external customers and agencies
